North Star started with a frustration we both knew too well: watching good businesses stall: capable, but stuck at a stage with no clear sense of where to go next. We'd seen it from the outside and felt it from the inside. So we built North Star for that exact owner: willing, able, and ready for the next level, even if they're a little lost on the way there. The kind of leader secure enough to ask for help, and to trust a guide to give it.
Andrei
Andrei is the operator of North Star, the one who gets the plan built. He's the steady hand on execution: take a roadmap, break it into who-does-what-by-when, manage every moving part, and stay on it until it ships. Plans are easy to write and hard to land; Andrei’s instinct is to land them. The operations, the implementation, and the day-to-day delivery that carries a vision across the finish line. That’s his ground.
Campbell
Campbell is the systems mind of North Star. He's built and run several of his own small businesses, so he’s lived the exact problem we solve, and he turns that into the frameworks, diagnostics, and growth strategy behind every engagement. His instinct is to step back, find the real structure under the chaos, and build the plan that makes the next move obvious: the systems, the strategy, and the long game.
