Known by every dog in town. Found by no one.

Jay trains dogs the way the U.S. Navy taught him to lead people: calm and certain. In Frederick, Maryland, his name traveled by word of mouth, one client to the next. The work was never the problem, and neither was a lack of pieces. Everything a business needs was already there — it just wasn't organized and pointed in one direction.

We started where we always start: with the owner. What Jay believed about dogs already was the brand. We wrote it down and pulled everything else into line behind it.

Business Branding

Jay already had a brand before we ever showed up. It lived in the way he talks about dogs and the way he runs a session. Our job was to catch it and put it on paper — down to colors pulled from the world he works in every day.

Website Development

If you've ever met Jay, the site will feel familiar. It moves the way he trains — calm, no wasted motion — and wherever you land on it, booking a session is one tap away. His calendar fills now instead of his voicemail.

SEO

Most people will never see this part, and that's the point. Under the surface, the site is built so Google can read it and Frederick can find it. When someone nearby searches for dog training, Jay gets a fair shot at being the answer.
